Data lag of surface density can be decreased by wet film detection. Wet and dry film measurements for lithium battery electrode have basically consistent trend and correlation of dry and wet film exceeds 90%, so it can be said that the measured curve of wet film is just the curve of dry film. Closed-loop linkage of wet film data: link the surface density measurement data per 1 mm wet film (total surface density and net coating quantity involved in the adjustment are optional) with the die head of automatic adjustment micrometer to form a closed loop, improve the detection efficiency and help customers lower down the production cost.
